Whataburger - Houston

No complaints here. Food was fresh and tasty. And I didn't wait long in the drive thru. I saw a new burger I will be trying next time ????

The food quality as of late leaves a bit to be desired as of late. This is a trend unbecoming of one of the more expensive fast food chains. I watched the Manager throw my food in the bag and sling it onto the counter. When i looked inside, my onion ringswere thrown about and burnt. After requesting a fresh batch of onion rings, I watched the Manager take an order of onion ringsout of someone else's bag and put them in my bag. I expect some correspondence and/or recompensation for this lacklusterservice/ performance. 610 S Main has to do better

Late night shift is terrible.. my order was far from correct and the line was too long to go inside or via drive through again.. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and received a regular chicken sandwich.. no napkins.. no ketchup.. the onion rings wereold? fries were bland af.. lemonade was totally watered down.. not a good experience at all

I was being polite trying to place my order in drive thru but the lady was extremely rude from beginning to end. She was yelling at me over and over with a sarcastic, loud and rude tone at everything I was trying to say. I couldn?t even order correctlybecause she was interrupting and yelling every time, and the order ended up being wrong in the end. Made me feel like Ishouldn?t be there ever again. That is no way to talk to people but most importantly in customer service.

Not rating 1 star for food. Whataburger is GOAT! But tonight, the ladies in this location?s attitude was so bad. The woman who took my order seemed intoxicated, and when I got my order I didn?t have ketchup. So I politely asked if they had any to give andthe woman SCREAMED ?YES?, and didn?t give me the ketchup. I proceed to again ask and she gives me ketchup. I leave the location, get home and discover that I do not have the famous GRAVY I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED for my chicken tenders. I?m writing thisreview on 10/27/2022 @9pm meaning I just left. If anyone is truly reading this, a meeting is definitely needed on tact. I am aborn and raised Houston Native, 40 years string and this is the first time I?ve ever felt not welcomed in this establishment.Shame on you Whataburger!
