Whataburger - Houston

Consistently disappointing. Every time I order extra gravy or a side, they always forget to include it in the bag. Today, they forgot the gravy, which was the one thing I really wanted. They also occasionally forget entire orders of fries.

I find myself at this restaurant almost every week in the afternoon because of work. It's a fantastic spot that is consistently fast with orders. One employee that stands out to me is Julia. I always enjoy interacting with her as she is friendly and cheerful. She truly deserves recognition for her excellent service.

Do not go here if you want fast service: I tried to get a quick bite for breakfast around 4:15am. After waiting for 10 minutes at the menu board with no response, even though there were only 3 cars ahead of me, I decided to leave this restaurant. I went to the Whataburger location on I-10 Sheldon where they immediately took my order and had it ready in 5 minutes.

You can never gp wrong with this whataburger. Always adequate exactly how we order. Burgers are juicy and on point. There gravy is always on point. Not watery like other locations. Always our go to spot. Day or night. Kudos to the cooks and thepeople taking our order.

Ordered the new blue cheese bacon burger. It seemed like she took her time to personally make the Burger just for me. I don't know how she did it, it was everything I have ever wanted. The best burger I've ever had. The perfect Whataburger.
