Contribuiți la feedbackI'm a regular every morning at 3am customer always order the same thing never had I had a problem ordering in the last 3years ,but yes there's always a but this past month that they change management overnight shift its been crazy she can neverunderstand my order it's like if she's sleeping (management If it wasn't for Stephanie or violet I wouldn't come back afterthe first time I had issues with this lady bad attitude. Need to focus on not changing management at night was so used to marieand other guy working that shift .
Waste of your time. Really y'all Very consistently slow and no good. Prepare to wait 30 mins for sure. Live right next to this place and can never come here without waiting a large amount of time for some cold burgers. Expensive to boot. Whataburger justain't what it used to be since it's been bought out.
That Hispanic lady manager is so gross, she always smells like plunger and she's out here handling food? It's disgusting, she needs to shower and wash her clothes. She gives off the impression that she doesn't wash her hands after using the bathroom, even though it's required of employees. Every time I come and she's working, I hope she doesn't hand me the food herself so I don't have to smell her. Absolutely REVOLTING.
A usual W-B experience. This location is nice because it's not crazy busy as others can be.
I ordered online with the application and set the prep time for a future time. I was disappointed to arrive and find my order was cooked and bagged up soon after placing my order. The manager on duty offered to remake the order fresh for me. That made me happy. The only complaint left would be the coffee. Weak, watered down and thin would best describe the coffee. The store was clean and the drink station was well stocked. Overall, one of my better visits to this location.
