Wendy's - Houston

I never encounter any issues when I come here. The staff is always friendly, quick, and attentive. I had an issue with using mobile ordering, and Gloria went above and beyond to correct it. Excellent customer service!

Their employees actively stand outside the drive-thru window and talk with other employees and block people from being able to approach the window. The lady Kent on looking over knowing that there was a line waiting and resumed her conversation we waited for 7 minutes before she decided to move out of the way to allow cars to approach the window and she was bothered because her conversation was interrupted by people waiting to get their food

Female employees at this particular Wendy's location were callous toward me not letting me inside the restaurant during breakfast hours to place a order. I've had do it at the drive-thru, which is it embarrassing to do so???

I got charged for avocado and didn't get it. I also got a small fry and my total came out to 10$ for things I didn't even get nobody picked up when I called a few times

I wish I could give this place a 0 rating. They always close early, ignore the speaker, and now I am in the parking lot and the 3 employees refuse to serve me at 10 when they close at 11. I am 6 months pregnant and this is the closest Wendy's for me to satisfy my cravings. Please improve the night shift as they are also very rude.
