Urban Social - Houston

My friend and I always try to find something and/or someplace new to spend our date nights. Urban Social has been in the list for a minute, and I must say, I regret it took us long to get here.The main reason we came was to support the owner, Ashley. She used to be my favorite bartender at another local bar that I frequent. I 've been asking about her for awhile and finally someone mentioned to me why she was no longer there.I must say, I already knew this place was going to be great, and it didn 't disappoint. However, it 's safe to say, they have already outgrown the space.

Friday night. Ummmm.... Idk yet. I've heard good things.... But this line... I walked up to a long line. Long. Barely moving... but I hear it'll move after a while. Big turn off.

Strong drink alarm! that's such a good spot. I was first taken back when others told me about this place, they said that it was similar to davenport. I suppose they meant in comparison to the drinks at davenport. the music in urban social gave a completely different feeling. it was a nice, little-appearing feeling. the music was good, the people brought the energy, the barkeeper personas radiated great energy, and the drinks were delicious and strong. parking spaces can be limited depending on the arrival time. I will definitely come back to my next wish. lol

He was there at 5:45 a.m., there were 1 barkeeper cool drinks came fast. ordered a second round about 18:45 clock still waiting. there are only 1 bartender to operate the entire facility. I get that they all want to get their tips, but they don't need at least 2/3 people to give service! I will not be back

The margarita was good! The music selection was not very groovy and alive, a bit old. It was also a bit crowded but overall I had a fine time there.
