Our family LOVES coming here! The store is always very clean and the staff is kind and welcoming. The topping area is organized, tidy and the fruit is always fresh.

Large seating area. Clean. One employee just there to help you check out. Typical toppings. Although it’s post COVID, people cough and sneeze next to the toppings, and I even saw. Child reach into and handle the blueberries with her bare hands. This type of behavior should be watched by the employee. Otherwise, this place has the typical array of base yogurt flavors and toppings

When I arrived today it was full of people, so I bought a portion and sat down to eat it. Usually I eat fast, but not instantaneously. Suddenly I realised that everybody left and the person who was cleaning up asked me to hurry up. That was extremely unplesant. Why did they let me in and sold me the yoghurt if they were already closed?

Open late, has the standard experience for frozen yogurt for a reasonable price. Friendly service, and lots of toppings.

Second time at this place. My sister brings me here when I visit Richmond. It's always clean and not too busy. Has a variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings. Priced well. Would definitely go again.
