My visits to Trendy Dumpling are always highlighted by two standout dishes – the Beef Dry Pot and Spicy Dried Cube Chicken. These dishes pack a spicy punch that will delight your taste buds. For those with a lower spice tolerance, the Spicy Dried Cube Chicken is also available in mild or slightly spicy versions, showcasing the eatery's consideration for customer preferences. The green beans and Pan Fried Bao are also must-try items that will leave you pleasantly surprised and satisfied. I have shared enticing pictures of their offerings in the past and look forward to sharing more during my next visit. Trendy Dumpling is a restaurant that always calls me back for more, and I am eagerly anticipating indulging in their flavorful dishes again soon. I can confidently say that I will be returning with a smile on my face!

This restaurant is absolutely delicious! Everything we tried was amazing - every single dish was perfect. I highly recommend the chicken dumplings, pork bao, chicken dry pot, and the Mongolian beef.

My experience at Trendy Dumpling this week was enjoyable. To start, we ordered the Cristal Dumplings, fried Button Bao, and Hot and Spicy Dumplings. For the main course, we had Peking Duck, Dan Dan Noodles, Cubed Szchuen Chicken, and Salt and Pepper Shrimp. The dim sum appetizers were fresh, delicious, and had well-balanced flavors. The Peking Duck was particularly impressive, with lean, crispy meat and a substantial portion. The Cubed Chicken was also tasty, fried perfectly and complemented the duck well. The Dan Dan Noodles were fantastic and paired nicely with the other dishes. Unfortunately, the Salt and Pepper Shrimp lacked seasoning. Despite some minor issues, it was a great meal in a lovely setting. The only downside was that the food all arrived at once, making the meal feel rushed. Additionally, we received the bill without asking for it.

The 5 hour drive from Brownsville was so worth it! Been here 2 times, and enjoyed both time so much! We got the soup dumpling, biang biang noodles, spicy dumplings, pork buns and chocolate soup dumplings. So delicious!

Came here for a Sunday lunch, and love the decor I saw when I stepped into the restaurant.I ordered the soup bao (xiao long bao), crispy bottom bao, chicken fried rice, beef flat noodle, and amazing fish. There were six soup baos in one order. The soup bao’s skin was quite thick but there was sufficient soup in the dumpling. The flavor was good. The crispy bottom bao’s skin was very thick. Though the flavor of the meat inside the bao was ok, the skin was dry and thick thus it was difficult to finish even one. The chicken fried rice didn’t have much flavor but the chicken was cooked right. The beef in the beef flat noodle was a little tough, and there was no flavor in the beef. The flat noodle was oily and lacked flavor. The best dish out of the dishes I ordered was the amazing fish. It was fried to perfection, and the spice level was perfect. It was a good dish.Though the food was so-so, my server was thoughtful and friendly. I appreciate the good service.
