The food is decent, and the portion sizes are quite large. However, they recently cleaned the restaurant with bleach, which left a strong, unpleasant odor. Overall, it wasn't the best experience.

I paid $7.57 for this and honestly, it's the worst so-called seafood sandwich I've ever encountered. What is this?! Just bread with tartar sauce? This feels like outright theft!

Had a stuffed baked potato all the way. It was delicious! Service was friendly and this place was spotless from the floors to the ceiling. I haven't seen a place this clean in years. We will be back!

I opted for a rib plate with baked beans and potato salad, plus a small order of chicken fried rice since I've heard good things about it. The ribs earned a score of 5.8 out of 10; they were cooked nicely, but there was barely any sauce on them. The beans got a 5.1—again, not enough sauce, but they were decent. The potato salad won't be rated because it was incredibly bland and tasted like it had been sitting in the pan for too long. Lastly, the chicken fried rice was a 5.4 for me. It lacked seasoning and was overloaded with bean sprouts, with only a few onions at the bottom. I gave it 2 stars mainly because the ribs were tender and well-cooked. However, I wouldn't recommend this place when there are so many other BBQ spots in Houston that can truly satisfy your taste buds. Thanks for reading!
