The Pho Fix - Houston

Great vibe! I wanted to love this place so bad, but negative. I purchased the Supreme Bowl and honestly it tasted great! Unfortunately, it was too salty. Overly salty! If I were to nick pick, more noodles and better quality ones please! Plus side, they're doing it right using ox tail and beef bones to make they're broth, so thank you! Will I come back, unfortunately not.

It's nice that we have a Pho restaurant right in downtown. However, I find the soup base too salty. I'll try again at a later time and will update the review.

I ordered the Supreme bowl and Spring Rolls. Let me tell you, this place has some good pho. And the service size is good. I honestly thought I wouldn’t get that much food if I ordered takeout but that was not the case! The supreme bowl was great, and I absolutely loved the turkey necks! The broth was good. The spring rolls were okay. They did have some kind of mint leaf in it and I didn’t like it so I took it out and it was better, and the dipping sauce was good as well. Overall score: 4.6

Vibe in the underground hall in downtown was interesting, but the food sadly was not so much. Tendon was an extra charge but was waaaay too chewy. Eye of round was not rare but well done. Broth tasted fine and serving size was average. Wouldn't go back.

Nahhh this Pho is fire! I customized mine. Beef broth. Fried tofu. All da veggies. Sate siracha. Amazing. Customer service was great too! Definitely would come back! The location is a cute lowkey vibe!
