The Flying Biscuit Cafe- Memorial City

This is a decent spot for breakfast. I have to say, I don't usually eat hats, but these biscuits were incredible—so creamy! I definitely wanted more. Next time, I'll take the Grips to go because I couldn't stop thinking about them when I got home. This place is truly a hidden gem. Give the Flying Biscuit Cafe a try; you won't be disappointed. The atmosphere is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick.

This spacious, tucked-away café offers an abundance of flavor. Nichole provided excellent service and great recommendations! The Egg-Stavaganza was a popular choice for breakfast and came with an impressive variety of options. The grits were the creamiest I’ve ever tasted—better than any I’ve had before. They had a flawless flavor that didn’t require any enhancements. The toast accompanying my meal was the fluffiest Texas-sized French toast, served with a selection of sauces that made each bite even more delightful.

24.12.2020: I recently visited a newly opened breakfast spot and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The restaurant maintained good social distancing and cleanliness protocols, with all employees wearing masks. We ordered a variety of dishes, including eggs, goose, pancakes, bacon, sausage, salmon, biscuits, coffee, and orange juice. Everything was delicious, except for the orange juice, which tasted like the standard Tropicana from a plastic container. The pastries were impressive, and even my wife, who usually doesn’t comment on pastries, noted that they were much better than the ones I make at home. The bacon was perfectly crispy, which can be hard to find in many places. The interior decor was charming and thoughtfully designed without being overwhelming. Overall, it’s a great place to dine, and I will definitely be returning.

Make sure you get everything that naturally has cookies. Perfect portions. And even tried the grilled macaroni, that was an interesting thing! I needed some kind of diving sauce, but unlike this wonderful place to get a quick breakfast.

First time in and it was a great experience. The restaurant has cute unique decor and was very clean. There were only two other people dining at the time I was there. My server was very attentive and friendly. All the employees I saw were wearing masks. As soon as I saw chicken and waffles on the menu I knew I had to get it. It arrived quickly and was so hot and fresh. The presentation was cute, the waffle was in the shape of Texas and the fried chicken was on top. The waffle was amazing, crispy while also being incredibly fluffy inside. And the chicken was also so good! It had crunchy skin but was very tender and the flavor was excellent! Together they were great, especially with a little dip of syrup.
