Contribuiți la feedbackWell, I use to like it. But now, they don’t even have a menu with the right price. Even though I know inflation is everywhere, but how can I know how much to expect when I order if the menu is outdated.
The chicken was rotten the prices on menu are from years ago this place is felt dirty and low quality.
They’re OK but their customer service is not good. I ordered through DoorDash It took them about 15 to 20 minutes to confirm my order when I called the man who couldn’t speak English had told me he was gonna get his daughter. He then proceeded and hung up the phone. I called back. I end up talking to his daughter, his daughter had told me that they weren’t taking any more orders but they were going to take my order last their food is not good. I asked for shrimp fresh spring rolls as in their pictures on doordash and I got grilled pork.I had to stop eating it after a few bits or else I was going to throw up
I have just had a delivery order from Tau Bay restaurant. The food is quickly sent to me just as the app estimated. However, there is a cockroach in the meat, as shown in the pics.Fortunately, it is dead and lied near the top of the chunks so I could see it timely. I called to the restaurant to complain and Diana, the daughter of the owners, who quickly apologized and issued a refund.I appreciate her act but I guess I still owe the public to report what I experienced and restaurant owners to be more serious with food handling/storage or they will lose the business while unintentionally hurting customers. (I hope that I won't get any food poisoning as I already tried to taste the broth prior to the discovery)
I left a 10 percent tip for a pick up and they charged an extra $5 dollars to my card for extra tip. Will not pay with card anymore.
