Taco Bell - Houston

While we were in the parking lot, we noticed that one of the three employees was sitting off to the side and eventually decided to go back inside. We must have sat in the parking lot for at least ten minutes. After Jaime went back in, we waited another couple of minutes before he finally came back with our food. In total, we spent nearly 20 minutes waiting, but when Jaime arrived with our order, we thanked him for all the effort he put in to ensure our family was fed. Our order was correct and nothing was missing, which we truly appreciate. I have photos and video evidence showing that one employee was wasting time instead of assisting. It's disappointing to think about the opportunity being lost for someone who could have had that job. So once again, thank you, Jaime, for taking your work seriously and for caring about your customers. Keep it up, Jaime! With your dedication, you’ll be a manager in no time.

Every time I visit this restaurant, the staff is always welcoming and upbeat. The drive-thru service is quick, and they take great care in packaging your food.
