State Fare Kitchen - Houston

Very nice atmosphere. good service. they need more choice of alcohol-free drinks. some plates had fantastic proportions while others were missing. for example, the cancer benedikt was very disappointingly large wise. hash browns on all plates were very boiled, but they replaced them. server jackie was fantastic!

I had an 11 o'clock reservation and it wasn't too crowded, a plus. The tables are somehow close, so it was hard to hear my conversation because the couple spoke loud next to us. my bf loved eating as well as me, although I didn't get what I asked. I wanted vulture, smashed eggs, and didn't want a sharp speck, but he did. the waitress was very friendly and attentive. I'll come back, but because all the food that happened to us looked delicious! I only choose something I don't need to replace an article, lol.

The vice and atmosphere is nice , very family oriented. Pretty small menu , decent food , scary looking tenders lol overall a good place

It was my first time there and the food and drinks were amazing. Our waiter Connor was so nice and helpful.

Food great as always. One of our favorite spots for drinks and dinner. Definitely recommend.
