Starbucks - Houston

This is the best Starbucks I've been to! The place is clean, and the customer service is excellent. The music is pleasant, and the service is quick. I also enjoy working here. I've been a customer for 12 years and have been an employee for 3 years now, and I am grateful for the experience. Alex is an outstanding manager who truly cares about both customers and staff. Food: 5/5.

Don’t bother with this location.Im normally not one to write a bad review but this is the worst location that I have ever been to.They took an hour to make my drink when I was the only one in the store, granted there was 11 drinks but it shouldn’t have taken an entire hour.They got my food order wrong and then the cold brew machine obviously didn’t work because I was told so yet they gave me straight black coffee with milk on top. I’m very disappointed.

This place is so incredibly understaffed it’s ridiculous. I received the WORST customer service experience of my life, but Jordyn (JoJo? was incredible. She totally redeemed the entire experience. I was ready to never enter this place again but she totally made it right. Whatever is going on here needs to be fixed and Jordyn should one hundred percent be a manager.

It was Meh in my opinion. They took away the cinnamon and half and half carafe so I couldn 't mix my flat white the way I wanted. Coffee was ok but I got a better tasting flat white at the 711 next door.Food: 3/5
