Instead, he places them on the counter, waits for customers to come get them, and moves on to the next order. Customers have to approach the barista station to check if their drink is ready. This happened to me three times in a row. Not a great experience.
Not all cafes are equal, especially not this one. You can order a drink, but you can't linger or charge your phone for more than 15 minutes without being told to leave. Also, don't expect to use the bathroom, as it is monitored by a security guard. It's better to drive an extra 4-5 minutes and skip this cafe.
Ordered an icy chai tea latte with milk and brown sugar for my friend who is lactose intolerant. tell me why they still used regular milk after mentioning. I was in a hurry and since they never read the job, I took it without checking, just to find out that they don't get milk when I handed it to my girlfriend.
Can you believe this place cares about our health and wellness by closing the bathrooms for guests? They offer third-place services by removing all the chairs, so if you want to eat inside, you have to stand. I suppose they accommodate people in wheelchairs by having a table without chairs. They're located near the Flixbus stop, so many people buy coffee and snacks before leaving Houston, but they don't even provide basic customer service. It's like a story titled: "We opened Starbucks Square, but we're upset that people wanted to enjoy their coffee there."
No in store seating and the bathrooms are closed due to COVID. All the other Starbucks have been completely open for months. SMH
