Starbucks - Houston

I have had a mixed experience at this Starbucks. I usually order the nitro cold brew with salted caramel cream, but it has been incorrect on several occasions. There have been times when there is ice in the drink and it tastes nothing like what it should. I am also unsure if it is actually nitro cold brew or just regular cold brew with foam on top, as the price difference suggests.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The customer service was exceptional, and I was able to connect with the staff as a partner. My bagel was toasted perfectly to my liking. Sonia, who was at the register, was very sweet. Thank you!

There is an unusual employee at this restaurant who consistently comes outside to take pictures of me whenever I enter or leave the establishment. This behavior makes me feel uneasy and reluctant to return to this location due to the presence of this creepy individual. The employee has brown hair and wears a beanie. I also noticed that the employees seem to be on their phones during working hours, which is unprofessional.

I'm not a coffee drinker but was with a friend. Innovative staff fixed me up with a chocolate shake loaded with mini chocolate chips (minus the coffee) and topped with whip cream and a cherry. M-m-m-m good to the last drop!

Ordered a frappe this morning and about 5 others walked in behind me and ordered. I was the last one to leave with my drink. And yes...everyone before me was not black . Even after everyone left and i stood there patiently waiting, they continued making Mobile orders as if I wasn 't there. I asked was there any specific reason my order was made last. She said oh the ticket didn 't print, yet it magically appeared without her having to walk away to retrieve it. It 's a no for me.
