Siphon Coffee - Houston

I went to the restaurant and ordered the salted caramel latte and honey nut latte for coffee, and they were delicious. I also ordered the cranberry muffin and banana bread, which were also delicious. I would highly recommend this place - 10/10!

I ordered the Honey Bee latte hot, even though I'm not a big fan of coffee. I must say, it was a delicious drink to enjoy. The couches were very cozy and the atmosphere was great.

I ordered the El Taco Grande with bacon, egg, potatoes, and spinach (which resembled more of a burrito), along with a peppermint white mocha latte. My companion got the snickerdoodle latte and a breakfast sandwich with bacon and overeasy eggs. Unfortunately, there was no military discount offered, unlike other places I have visited. The syrups used in the drinks were also of poor quality, resulting in disappointing beverages. Despite the efforts of the staff to remedy the situation, the issue lay with the products rather than the service. The food, however, exceeded our expectations and outshined the coffee. The frothing was excellent and the coffee showed promise, but it fell short. We tipped the staff for our food pickup, although we were disappointed with the lack of troop support in terms of a discount. Although they have cute merchandise and coffee beans for sale, we likely won't be returning.

Ordered the snickerdoodle and breakfast sandwich and my lady got Taco and peppermint white mocha. For starters, there is no military discount compared to other shops I been to. Secondly the syrups used are not of good quality in terms of taste. Both drinks missed the mark. Not worth 30+$s but we gave it a go. The staff tried to fix the drink but the issue fell on the product and not the service. The food however was much better than the coffee which is not a good look for a coffee shop. Frothing was great and coffee had potential but not quite there. We also tip the staff for us to go pick up the food vs getting a number and a runner doing that. We are tipping for a completion of already paid service, not to mention the lack of troop support in terms of the discount. It's a one and done for us.
