Contribuiți la feedbackDespite a storm the night before that caused frequent power outages, the staff worked hard to accommodate us, and we were eventually able to place our order. We were celebrating my son's birthday and had a lovely time. I've been visiting this location for about 30 years, and while it could benefit from some renovations and a thorough cleaning, we still love it. We make a point to go there for lunch at least once a month.
Extremely slow service. Hostess warned that they were low staffed, however it took 30 minutes for someone to take our drink order. It took over an hour and a half before our food arrived. All this while there were only maybe 4-5 tables occupied. Restaurant should close when they are that low staffed.
After placing my order with this location online I did not receive my order and reached out to the store. Spoke with the manager Cody Martinez , about my order not arriving I was not pleased with having to contact door dash as I did not to contract with them red lobster did. When sharing my concerns Mr. Martinez was dismissive and rude . After pointing out his lack of customer service by continuously cutting me off and he confirmed he did not care. He made other rude remarks like did not care don 't want to talk about it and lastly advised me to go online and figure it out when asked how I could get in contact with corporate. I go here often and this is not the service I normally receive I will not be back .
I waited for a short while as other guests came in and were seated, and some orders were taken by other servers ahead of me. I overheard one server telling Jasmin to take care of me while they handled a larger, messier table. Jasmin greeted me with a cheerful demeanor, and I tried to minimize her trips and the mess for her to clean up. She consistently checked on me and even offered to move me from a noisy table (having four kids and working with college students, I can handle some chaos). Jasmin placed extra napkins and silverware on a saucer for me, which I appreciated as a significant bonus in service. She also provided extra tartar sauce instead of cocktail sauce, which is typically a hit-or-miss with Red Lobster servers (and I often remind them when I order). My meal arrived hot and perfectly timed. As someone who dines out often, from fast food to five-star restaurants, I can confidently say that Jasmin B’s service could teach them all a thing or two about food service and customer care. I've often told the staff I've trained that it’s the little things that truly reflect who you are, especially when the experience might not meet expectations. Thank you, Jasmin, for making this visit the leisurely comfort meal I needed.
De'Ja is an incredible server—so quick and attentive, and she's genuinely friendly! The lobster pizza is amazing, though it could have used an extra five minutes in the oven.
