Decided to stop this popeyes past Tuesday, which was a mistake due to the long line I thought I would be there all day, but the manager aby was awesome and took from all quite fast. I give her and her team 5 stars for the ability to overcome all our needs quickly in the drive thru

Normally it's a really good place, but the last time they gave me regular instead of spicy, and I asked for extra gravy and didn't get any at all and both of the sides were the small ones and I paid close to 30 bucks for the wrong stuff, but they were very busy and I understand that, I didn't even notice until I got home and really didn't want to drive all the way back during rush hour. But I will definitely go back, but next time I'm going to check my order before I leave.

Ordered online. Went to pick up order and I was missing the Chicken Classic sandwich and six cookies. Called the store and I was told they don't have cookies and they can't refund me, If I wanted, I could go back for the sandwich. The person I spoke to identified themselves as the manager, but refused to give me his name. On top of that, I ordered dark meat, and I was given a thigh and a dried up wing. Beware if you order online and be sure to check your order before leaving.

Their nightteam are very hard working they should deserve a raise. They are always busy but yet they still manage to make things quickly, earlier today I went to their lobby and they seemed pretty busy but they still managed to get my order out on time. Just took my food and dipped??
