Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Houston

At every other Popeyes location, they offer a choice between a leg or thigh if you don't want a biscuit. However, at this particular location, they do not. Additionally, the staff here are not friendly or welcoming to customers.

I always have problems with my food at this restaurant. It seems like only young kids work here. The manager, a big Hispanic man, was rude and didn't show any sympathy when my order was messed up. The customer service skills are lacking at this place. There were 20 people just standing around doing nothing while they couldn't even check the bags properly. The person on the speaker was speaking too fast and seemed like he was rushing people. This lack of care and ignorance is why people get upset with Popeyes employees. Some of them just don't seem to care.

The last three times I visited this restaurant, the woman at the window spoke very little English and my order was incorrect.

The customer service needs a lot of work. I wish people were more respectful and cheerful. Food was also okay.
