Contribuiți la feedbackNot only did they leave the salad of my order and MAKE ME WAIT in line AGAIN during lunch RUSH with ONE check out guy and claim that they have "help me" what a joke they did not give me the Chipotle chickens avacado melt. Everything's missing! Don't go to this place they're terrible.
I love this place. The staff here is subpar. They are more interested in the gossip of others than they are in the recognition of the customer. Then, if you try to ask a question, you will feel as if you disturb them. You do not read the ticket orders because they did not put items I requested on my meal on numerous occasions. That's why I have to go out my way to other places to do bigger meals for my company.
The young lady who took my order over the phone was great! And then it went downhill from there. I had to ask for help at the pick up window, one set of workers continued their personal conversation, not working while they talked, either. They did not see my large pick up oder. It was supposed to be ready for a work event. Still waiting 15 minutes later.

Is Chris a mindreader? On my way out of Houston on a road trip I stopped at the nearest Panera for a quick healthy dinner. I told Chris at the register that I wasn't sure what sandwich I wanted. They offered to make me a special off menu item grilled panini with all the roasted veggies, cheese, chipotle sauce on what seemed like raisin bread ? . My dream sandwich... Panera should seriously consider adding it to the menu. Bravo for customer service. Thanks, Chris!
