McDonald's Restaurant - Houston

I eat my second experience with picking up my mobile app order. the first time, was curbside and it was a 15 min waiting. this time I went thru drive thru. they had let me park in a reserved place. I waited 30 of the time when I checked in to go and specifically ask for a manager and ask if they could give me a good reason why they do this and all they said was that we get it for them. I don't have an apology from a worker management. I'm thinking of trying to see if three times a charm or a strike. we'll see.

I've waited a long time, it was after 12 midnight! So I went to the first interview and the automatic teller told me I had to get up at the second intercom to order! So the lady comes up and asks me what I want to order. So I told her my order and waited for my price! I said a few times hallo, then some young later told me that we're sorry that we're closed, we don't accept orders anymore. I said, mama, the lady just asks me for my order! She said what was the woman who was the automated teller! I said it wasn't! now I have been working in restaurants for over 8 years not insulting my intelligence! She was rude and told me about you! Do not let her coworker lie and say that it was an automated teller!

Every visit is always a problem. 5/19/22 00:17. I and another car were sitting on the loudspeaker. drive to the window. No one is present. I called the load for the search for number on google. telefon rang several times before female employee answered. I asked if you were open, she answered. from 00:25 am the car behind me still sits on the loudspeaker. ?5/15/22 est. 4am 4:11am, when the attempt to order the manager came to loudspeaker and said, "we don't take orders now." I asked how long she just said. their answer was 10 minutes because they counted the safe, etc. Mgr said their name was nina. that is disappointing to say the least. I know and understand challenges that are going through workers, but either there is a serious problem with leadership that requires workers resources and support, or this place places the wrong people to work. I understand it's going to happen, but I'm going to visit everyone. Who's got this place? I am seriously looking for a job in guidance.

The worst mcdonald’s known to mankind, knowing that it doesn’t matter what their posted hours of operation say, the only thing they can count is not their order, because they simply decide to close out from no reason whatsoever. location will take their money (by mobile order) and then will not allow them to come and pick up their order, nor will they bring out their order to block, despite both available options in the app. badly managed and operated situation, do not disturb their time.

Went this morning for breakfast, they didn't give me my complete order missing 1 breakfast sandwiches out of 3 but they gave me 4 hashbrowns??? I called the location to try to inform them of the issue and no answer. Now I have to go back up there and complain and hopefully get my breakfast sandwich... ?
