Luisa's Pasta - Houston

I had the bolognese lasagna for lunch today, and it never fails to impress! It's absolutely delicious! You can even see them preparing the food fresh. The staff is incredibly friendly, even when they're busy. If you work or are nearby downtown, you definitely need to give this place a try... you’ll be hooked!

The Smoked Bacon Fettuccini (I added capers) is absolutely incredible! It's like enjoying the flavors of a sit-down restaurant at food court prices. What a win!

Good food and selection. The only problem we've had here is the pasta being a bit too al dente (hard) and my friend's food was a much smaller serving. It seems like there isn't a ton of measuring on the amount of food they prepare, so this may be the reason for that. The recipes they already have put together are a better deal than the build your own it seems, just based on a quick look at the prices.
