Luby's - Houston

We chose the Luby’s on I-45 and Shepherd. The baked chicken was undercooked. The meat was difficult to break at the joints and the meat was a bit tough as it was not cooked long enough to be tender. It was covered in black pepper, but with the skin removed it had little taste. The cabbage was not seasoned, only had tomatoes cut up in it.I still am unable to identify the red substance in the little cup that they call cranberry sauce. It is some type of gel. It is not cranberry sauce and has a bitter after taste. I decided to try Luby’s again since I’ve read that they are attempting to improve their service. I’m again disappointed. I have tried several Luby’s and have not found one that tastes home cooked like they did in the past. They even put onions in sweet potatoes!I truly hope that this company improves in their food preparations. Sadly their prices have skyrocketed and their quality has plummeted. I will wait and try them again in the future.

Cooks could learn how too perfect cooking liver it's always too hard on one side or not cooked enough on the other to get it perfectly well you have to continue to flip it over frequently from one cook to anotherParking: 45@ veterans memorial Houston TX

Our waitress was excellent ?. She was a black lady, middle age.

I left after being notified my order was ready; it was not ready when I arrived and took ~8 minutes for someone to assist me, my order was not complete the meals seemed overpriced for their quality.

The female at the pick up window was rude and unprofessional when I tried to pick up my order, she made me go around and park and walk inside to get my order that was already on the shelf ready to go; she refused to give me my order. I had my elderly, disabled mother with me and I had to put her through this terrible service experience.
