Krispy Kreme - Houston

I don't believe I have ever been witness to a more incompetent, inept retail food establishment anywhere. EVER! Time and space do not permit me to elaborate on all the details, but permit me to say this—there's a reason I hadn't been to this place in 2+ years. After a hiatus of that long, I decided to pick up for school a few dozen donuts for my students. I went in at 6:10 a.m. last Friday morning. I left at 6:35 with nothing—no donuts, nothing.There was and is never anyone to contact or to whom to complain; no one there ever answers the phone. Writing to corporate was totally useless as well. I almost feel like making it my mission to shut this place down, they're that bad. Seriously, it is the absolute worst retail store with which I have ever dealt. Considering I am a patient and empathetic person, this is saying a lot, coming from me.Stay away from this terrible establishment. Stay far away.

Very rude customer service. No lights to see the drive thru menu. Donuts are small. Icing is terrible. Krispy Kreme is not what it used to be

I am from the east coast, so we have many Krispy Kreme Donut's shops around and none of them tastes like this one in Houston. It's not the recipe, and I can't believe anyone eats here. I'm sorry, and I'm not trying to put them down, but I can't let this place go into attention without calling the terrible taste of these donuts. I tried twice, and both times I had to return all donuts. I contact companies to make them aware of the situation. I miss the true taste of Krispy Kreme Donuts

I believe the bad reviews, I've been happy the last time! He doesn't! If you don't know, don't say I never told you anything when KK glazed a free dozen during your bday month if you are a reward member. My outer fat girl drowned all the **** that wants to be fit his keto-bxtch that lives in me, so naturally I had to redeem the gift that Mrs Krispy gave me! I stayed here a different time ago and was so mad at the donuts I received, but this day trip, Babyyy's customer service in the drive thru was good. My donuts were hot and fresh and full of sugary kindness I love at KK! I didn't eat the whole box in the parking lot, but if you see me, Chillin in Kandi (my car) under a shade tree...mind yo business! Because I like to enjoy my donuts warm and don't knock on my window because I don't share! This is the beauty of KK Donuts, they are last days and are still delicious!

We got free donuts but they were super sugary. They were still good but i could only eat one. The workers are super kind. Would recommend if you like soft bread.
