As I enjoy my chicken sandwich with my only friend Colonel Sanders, I saw how the employees deal with the customers. A man went in and told the cashier to serve him the food he was promised over the phone. The cashier asked who he spoke to and the man said he didn't know. Red flag. Casing politely treats the situation by explaining how they cannot serve without proof. The man became aggressive and began to call a company number that formed a scene. Then another customer came and started to make another show. The staff really go through a lot, but I really enjoyed watching all this while taking another bite of my sandwich. Thank you KFC and especially the employees who stand up and work for a life.
