This restaurant has one of the worst environments both for dining and for employees. It has failed inspections, which speaks volumes about its standards. I've also witnessed unprofessional behavior from the supervisor, Judith Moreno, who has been known to take hours from employees and display discriminatory attitudes, favoring Hispanic workers while being dismissive of others. Her treatment of both staff and management is disrespectful and unacceptable. Overall, Judith Moreno's behavior reflects poorly on this establishment and creates a toxic atmosphere.

A positive aspect of this restaurant is that they maintain their facilities very clean. However, they have reduced the quality of the food and its presentation. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

I placed an order here and I will never return! After not visiting KFC for at least a decade, this experience has convinced me to stay away for good. I ordered a chicken sandwich expecting a fillet, but instead, I received just an empty sandwich with two small chicken strips inside. I also ordered biscuits, and they didn’t include any. When my husband mentioned that the mac and cheese we ordered was missing, they simply replied that they were all out. Really? They couldn’t even provide a replacement for something we paid for! Additionally, sauces I requested were missing, only one drink was correct, and the fries were only half-filled. No thanks. I did reach out to customer service, and they were helpful, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here. This place seriously needs to improve, or they should go out of business.

VERY DECEITFUL to customers, the NEW manager and all workers there! In the drive thru, I ordered a 3pc box with 3 thighs, and I asked the SHORT LITTLE FAT WOMAN, for 3 thighs! She agrees, takes my order and gives me 2 legs and 1 thigh. I'm calling the corporate office! People are SUPPOSED to get what they ask for and pay for. What's the purpose of the drive thru, because I still had to pull around to the parking lot and go in to get my order! This IS NOT the KFC to buy food from.

Worst KFC in Houston do not go there they are extremely rude they take forever to get your food they don’t care about customer service don’t waste your time don’t waste your money horrible they should shut it down
