The whole staff was being let's say not quiet . Food was good but I could go without all the extra noise . Ratchet or hood comes to mind . But hey anything goes now right ???
The young man at the window was exceptional! I stopped going to ANY location because service was horrible. I love KFC do I tried again today... Great unexpected surprise. I also offered him a job at my RESTURANTE
The drive true representative taking the order had a bad attitude to say the least , when taking an elderly person to get an order it's helpful to be patient and not have an agressive tone when responding. Upon advising the person taking the order there's no need to be rude the person cancelled the order . Different attitude at the Yale location , great service at that location. Great customer service and the order was given promptly at that location ..
Bring back White Gravy please!!!Went for a bowl. Can't have brown gravy. Usually has tomatoes, which I'm allergic to. And chains never know all the ingredients!! Really difficult for people with allergies.
