This is a wonderful restaurant and I am very sad that it will close. The food and service has always been good and it will be missed very much in Houston.

I'm going to miss this place....I"ve been coming here for 19 years. I look forward to seeing where Charles and his team end up.

It is so sad that this is the last week that Ibiza will be open. One of the very best restaurants in the United States.
