Guatemala - Houston

Everything I tried was absolutely delicious! It's a cozy little spot with authentic flavors. I particularly enjoyed the yuca, garnachas, and beef soup. The rice was fantastic, and I paired my meal with their fresh lemonade. I can't wait to return! Also, don't miss the wonderful Guatemalan bakery next door.

The Guatemalan food here is excellent and truly authentic. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and the friendliness of the staff. The food was delicious and arrived at our table fairly quickly. I definitely plan to return and will bring my family along next time!

For lunch, you'll find plenty of options; both the Caldo de Gallina Criola and the famous Pepian are outstanding choices. If you're in the mood for something lighter, the Garnachas are perfect if you're craving something salty, while the Tostadas, Chuchitos, and Enchiladas are also excellent. For dessert, you can't go wrong with Platanos con Crema or Rellenitos. And make sure not to skip the Atoles—Elote and Platano are the best options.

Food was great, service was impecable, the only thing that could be added s chips and dip at the start of the meal. We took 7 people to the restaurant at 6:30 last night, of which 6 were from Guatemala and they were very happy with the quality of the food.

Tasty food, me encanta el atol de elote, garnachas Service is always great.
