Frenchy's Chicken - Houston

I wasn't in a few years. In the area so decided to stop. Remember why I stopped coming. I don't know if the younger generation that only takes garbage! I've come to frenchy since I came to Yates in 96! They're not chicken wings, they're pigeons. And for 16.21 I have to eat in my car. Because the interior has been closed since COVID! And now I'm locked up! Never again!

Extra long waiting time without reason, 30 minutes in a DRIVE -TRHU line, also with the limited menu. the chicken was not extra hot as it just came out of fat! I expected more from the ORIGINAL site on Scott st. The previous location was better than this. The new site will soon open as hopefully they will have a better system. I won't come back until then! You shouldn't.

I waited a long time in the car major line, but once I got a chance to order my meal with FrauDomoniqie. She helped me with the menu had great customer service. I made my day much better, food was great. Y?all should adjust more as they, which actually needs the time to make your visit more convenient, instead of rushing to do. I'm definitely back.

Very good roasted chicken and mostly fresh. I have 3 MAJOR complaints about this business. One, how did you not offer potatoes or baked potatoes and instead offer some dirty rice that is a bowl authentic dirty rice. Secondly, why don't you have any more workers to resist all traffic that comes through Drive-Thru? You know that customers usually have to wait between 45 min-1:30 on the drive thru because all are very underused and have no efficient way to take the high demand of orders. For me, this is the use of customers and not your loyal customers. Last and more important, why don't you let customers in order to order / food?? Is that really too much to ask? Y'all treat your customers like dirt, just because many from a depleted area it seems, and that's not right. For BETTER FRIED CHICKEN, try Mia's table in Oberkirby or Grace' on Kirby. Will come anyway at similar prices as this place is calculated as a gourmet restaurant, but treats its customers as worthless TRASH.

The chicken does not taste as good as it use to. Cod, greasy, no condiments as before and no one answers the phone to hear your feedback. They've lost the majic! No more visits there after 30 plus years. Very sad!
