The employees had a bad attitude from the moment I left in the door. No welcome to look at each other to decide who would help me. I wanted a hook and a ladder and said they didn't have a ham with a stance. I will not visit this place again. I'll spend my dollar somewhere else

Worst customer service EVER! I walked in on 12/14 to use my birthday reward and these two Hispanic RUDE ladies told me that i could not use it because it was past my birthday which was on 12/08. I clearly told her that the reward was still valid for 7 days after the given date. They kept arguing with me about the entire situation for about 30 minutes until they finally decided to call another store to find out if it was true that the reward was still good to use because i told them i was gonna call corporate . I ended up getting my free sub and did not receive an apology for their poor service or lack of knowledge.

Wow! Talk about lousy service!!! Called to place an order for pick up and was placed on hold for 10 mins,while I could hear the employees laughing and joking!!! When I called back they kept hanging up the phone!!! It's sad this place has workers like that!!! I will take my business elsewhere from now on! ?

I order from this place all the time. Although the sandwiches are delicious, the customer service is horrible.
