Chef Jeff Black is a food genius. How he gets the organic rotisserie chicken to taste so damn good, I 'll never understand... The beef is some of the best I 've ever had. The (again organic) fajita strips are cooked med rare to medium, not burnt and dry like many places. The store made tortillas (flour AND corn) are unlike most; soft and full of flavor. The ambiance (if you can use that term for a mostly take out taco place) is neighborhoody, but with w chic LA style patina. The legal genius behind this place is local guy, Kevin Hanratty, Strake and UH educated. For all his education and obvious legal skill, he 's down a very to earth, super personable guy. Thank you Kevin, Chef Jeff, and Sharon Haynes for turning a POS Subway shop into a nice place with great food!

Just dropped by with my friend, who had been watching this place go up, and was excited since I love Tacos A Go Go. Didn't disappoint! It was lovely sitting out on the patio enjoying the beautiful weather and I think will make a great neighborhood staple. We got the beef and rotisserie chicken fajitas great smoky flavor, the meat was juicy and tender, and all the toppings were great compliments to it. Lemonade tea was the perfect finish and I'm definitely planning to return!
