The overall cleanliness and service made me question the establishment's compliance with health standards. The bakery items didn’t taste fresh, and it felt like the owner was cutting corners to increase profits without regard for quality. Given my experiences, I won’t be returning here again. It’s clear why it had been so long since my last visit, and I will choose to dine elsewhere from now on. This place really deserves no stars—a complete disappointment.

The food is way better than any big food chain that serves breakfast. It's mainly elderly people but that makes it so much better it's quiet and relaxing not loud and filled with people just being obnoxious. The one waitress was able to check on allthe people she had and breakfast was great.

I really don't want to say this because I have fond memories of Dinner Bell from my childhood, but since the original owners sold the restaurant over a year ago, the quality of the food has declined significantly. The bakery items, breakfast kolaches, and pies that used to be a beloved staple in the east end are now quite disappointing. This place seems to have lost the passion and care that was once put into its dishes. The pies are now flat and look like they've been sitting around for days. I truly hope the new owners can turn things around soon.

Their chicken and dumpling special on Tuesdays is the most similar to my mom's that I've found anywhere!
