This review is purely as a delivery driver: Now, when I pick up food from establishments, I make it a priority to be polite, friendly and respectful as there 's a very good chance that I 'll be returning to that place again someday. I want people to remember me with the above characteristics; not a rude, moody inconsiderate delivery person. When I walked into the restaurant, it wasn 't busy at all. There was nobody in line to order there were a few folks at the tables. I walked up to the counter the gentleman behind the counter didn 't greet me with anything but a stare; a stare that made me feel like I was bothering him. I politely asked him for my order, which was sitting on the counter. He just mumbled something that I couldn 't make out and handed me my bag. I said Thank you! Have a nice day! which wasn 't acknowledged. Even the busiest Starbucks replies to me. You should want to build a positive rapport with those who visit your establishment. I can honestly say that after this interaction, I have zero desire to visit this place for a meal, nor recommend it to people whenever I drive (Uber). First impressions mean a lot, and the first impression I got from Demeris Bar-B-Q is that they really can 't be bothered having people come into their establishment, much less talk to them behind the counter, which is what you must do to order your meal. There are MUCH better BBQ places in the area. Try one of them instead.

Make sure you're hungry because the servings are huge!

Mr Demeris was grumpy. The kitchen help got our orders wrong, both of them. He did give us an extra serving of brisket though. Had enough to take home for lunch Saturday and it was actually better reheated with lots of sauce and made into a sandwich.

The food here is so delicious, I think about it regularly. I tell people about this restaurant but I don't want everyone to know. Lol. I don't want Demeris to run out of that good brisket and ribs when I visit. Actually, we are getting our company to cater an order soon for employee appreciation week. But I'll be there this weekend. Lol. Can't wait.

I just didn't find anything special about what I ate. I didn't challenge them much with fries and turkey sandwich.
