Dairy Queen - Houston

The nacho chips were stale. One time they told me they didn't have them, and the next day they were unappetizing. I won't be ordering nachos again.

Worst service ever!!! The manager was rude and not helpful at all. She even yelled for us to wait when we tried ask if anyone was working the front counter. Not sure I will go back to this location or even recommend it .

Horrible service. Drive through workers are weird and confrontational for absolutely no reason. Get a refund and do not eat here!!

Staff is less than enthusiastic and unable to multitask. Little things fluster them. Orders come out slow and inaccurate.Sucks for the DQ brand!

Man, I love Dairy Queen. So it pains me to say that this specific location is the absolute worst and I will now be driving farther away just to avoid it. My most recent experience was the straw that broke the camel's back they didn't get our order right and actually charged an extra $3 for something I can't figure out. But over the past year or so I haven't had a good experience for one thing or another. TLDR: love DQ but this location is BAD.
