The food was great, and it just keeps coming. Lots of starters, sashimi is great, put some red paste on the lettuce leaf, add the sashimi... And when you're done eating all of that, out comes there tempura and fish soup. It's magic.

Here's the bomb. My new favorite in Spring Branch. Sashimi is high quality. Shrimp roasted rice with a little of the red sauce is a must. Wimmel Gem safe.

This place is really good, very authentic, and the staff is very friendly. I went with a group of four and we got the medium sashimi combo, which is listed on the menu as feeding 2 3 persons for $125. It included a whole series of pages. We also got a Korea-Bbq gun that turned out to be unnecessary, as we just fed all four of us with just the Sashimi combo. While the Sashimi is very good and you get a ton of fish, my favorite part of the meal was actually the pages that were part of the combo. The cool things about the sides is that they 're very different than the small dishes you usually get in a Korean restaurant, many of them were either meat or seafood based and could have been inspired by their own. There were many things I had never tried before, although I have eaten Korean food quite often. Also, while the outside of the place is not so great looking (it is in a stripe mall) the interior is really beautiful and warm decorated. The tables are each in a private room, which means it is a good place for groups. This also means that you probably want to make a reservation because there are not so many tables/rooms. Finally, some parts of the menu are only in Korean, but that was 't much of a problem because the staff was very helpful.

We haven't been a while after we moved to Missouri City. It seems they have changed and rebuilt the owner. The food is still very good and fresh. Especially our favorite Flounder Sashimi and the sides of the combo. Even if you are kimchi or spicy lovers, you should try their Jalapeno Kimchi. It is very impressive and unforgettable. Service, I'd say best in the H-Town. You are very friendly and nice!

I ordered the sashimi with mixed greens, and I was truly impressed. This dish was wonderfully diverse in aromas and made for an intriguing dining experience. The contrasts of hot and cold, sesame and garlic, fish and shiso, as well as roe and rice, were expertly combined, resulting in a dish where nearly every bite offered a distinctly different flavor. Overall, the atmosphere could use a bit of an upgrade, but the quality of the dish alone makes this restaurant one of the best sashimi spots in the city. It's definitely a hidden gem.
