Church's Chicken - Houston

Tea was old , slimy and had that funny taste. They didn’t have what we ordered ready so they asked us to wait; when I brought the tea back in and asked for something else they refused to give me the Mgr name or dist mgr name or number. They are quite rude, we will never return here. The names the “mgr” gave me was gio and the other name was josiel. (Which I believe we’re lies! How rude these kids were and how fortunate I speak Spanish bc EVERY employee English is 2nd language; which f they spoke English at all! Usually I do NOT care who works where, but ALL these employees were so rude!

Customer service was great, food was delicious and fresh.

Came to this church’s to get something to eat and noticed the curb was too close to each other, I managed to barely even skim through and my rims got scratched. Yall really need to fix this issue, the drive thru needs a bigger entry way.
