Chuck E. Cheese's - Houston

One downside was the staff member at the front (a larger lady) who was quite rude. I had two cakes in my hands and needed assistance with the door, but she just stared at me without offering to help. Additionally, when my family started arriving, she made it difficult for them to enter the building. Also, I understand that Chuck E. Cheese is staffed mostly by teenagers, but I believe Chuck E. needs to be more engaging when interacting with the kids instead of just standing there awkwardly. That’s all!

I hosted my grandson's birthday party here, and it was a fantastic experience! The pizza was delicious, and the kids had a wonderful time.

We went here for a birthday party today and had a great experience. The whole place was extremely clean, the pizza was delicious, and the games were fun and in working order. We will be back!

The restaurant is clean, and the staff members are friendly. Overall, I had a great experience!
