Contribuiți la feedbackThe food is always pristine and delicious. I have never once had issues with this places food. The food is always hot, fresh, and cooked fast. The service is unreal. Everyone is so congenial and uplifting. I haven't once walked in and walked out feeling bad. The service has always been stellar.
I ordered an meal with Mac and cheese but they gave me fries. I also ordered 3 pc chicken strips and they didn't give any sauce
WORST LOCATION IN HOUSTON. I agree this USED to be the best location in East Houston, but it has gone downhill the past year. They take your order and rush you through the line, and everyone is trying to merge. No one is directing traffic like before. I ordered 2 10 count chicken minis and 1- 4 count chicken minis, and of course, you would think I didn't have to check my order. I should have because they sure did charge me for what i wanted but they gave me 3- 4 count chicken minis. You would think they can read and count but I guess not. They are so worried about getting you out the door/ line that they are running around like chickens with their heads cut off to give you your drinks. How about you all run like that to make sure everyone has the food they ordered and paid for. Then they want to give you a lame excuse and ask you to come the next day for it. No ! I came today I want my food today. You sure did charge me for something I didn't get. I will no longer be visiting any Chick-fil-A. This location and Uvalde are the worst. Save your time and money and go to a different location. I guarantee you a 100% your order will not be correct.
At the drive thru by my house 7:26 pm 8/25 come here frequently luv it. But this short young lady with these eyelashes and attitude all I could do is conduct myself dint great us rolled her eyes acted like she dint hearmy ? 's not friendlynice or respectful.....not chick-fil-a candidate for employment at any location.. .maybe Timmy chans smh.....hopefully will never have her take my order again
I wanted a Southwest Veggie wrap and emphasized that to the person taking my order but he kept pointing to the cool wrap. I did not want a wrap with meat. He kept assured me I was getting what I requested and NO I did not. I checked after I pulled out the very busy long drive-thru and was super disappointed. The line is too long to get it corrected and now I'm stuck with something I won't even freaking eat.
