Chick-fil-a - Houston

I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant. The cashier struggled to take my order correctly and ended up charging me twice, requiring her to start over. After I finally received part of my order, I had to ask for the rest multiple times, and they also forgot my drinks despite me reminding them twice. I’m usually very patient in busy situations, but it wasn’t even crowded during my visit. Food: 4/5.

There were no other cars in the drive-thru that were the same color as mine, but somehow you couldn't identify who my order belonged to. I watched several other cars get their food before me, and to make matters worse, half of my order was overcooked. I tried the crispy chicken mini biscuits for the first time today, and I have to say, they were not appealing at all. If I had known I would be tossing the bread, I would have asked for some sauces instead.

I've never had a rude experience at any Chick-Fil-A, whether with myself or my kids, until I visited this location, which had a banner proclaiming it had the best customer service award! I'm truly shocked—perhaps they were just having a bad day. I still love the food, though!

The drive thru is inconvenient, but it’s okay. The problem is the arrogance of the staff member. Never seen a Chick-fil-A employee with such attitude before. Might have been very tired or something.

I had an amazing experience at this Chick-fil-A! We had come closer to closing hours and I had ordered a cookies and cream shake. They had said they were out initially but Gisselle took the initiative to ask if there was more in the back even though I said it was okay and there fortunately was! I appreciate the effort and kindness she showed tonight and for making my night! This is why Chick-fil-A is the best because they have an amazing staff!
