Chick-fil-a - Houston

Used to be a fellow human of Chick-fil-A, but no longer. They make great financial contributions to outdated beliefs and seek to keep people away from their rights. To avoid bias, I will not provide any other restaurant name, but if you make a simple Google search, you will find alternatives that are even better than Chick-fil-A. Peanut oil is not even “healthy” as they want you to think, look at it.

In person is always slow and delivering is way behind the last two times I ordered. The staff is nice but efficiency is why people choose fast food.

Don't waste your time I've had issues almost every time I come to this location they always forget something or I'm missing something. Yesterday 9/8/22 I got my order and later I started feeling bad the rest of the evening leading into today 9/9/22 come to find out I gotten food poisoning from the food so disappointing.

Good spacious clean location with great staffing. Sat next to several workers discussing managerial responsibilities for a recent promotion and they all seemed very intelligent also a very attentive worker cleaning the tables and solid clerks.And of course the food is delicious won't find a better chicken nugget

I’ve gone to many chick fil a’s and have never seen such bad customer service, the drive through people didn’t care about providing the food service chick fil a offers which I was not happy about. If you are going to have the same customer service as a McDonald’s and charge more then that is very disappointing because the service is the reason why I come to this place. I will not return to this location.
