Chicken Express - Houston

It appears I visit this place when my blood sugar is in need of a boost. I usually order the snack pack, which is just enough to help me recover, and so far, I've been pleased with it. However, there are simply too many chicken spots on the same street; I'm not sure what to make of it.

As for accessibility, there are two wheelchair-accessible parking spots near the entrance.

There was a number posted on the wall for placing orders, so we called it, but no one answered. Frustrated, my husband went inside to get the sauce. Meanwhile, I opened the food, and to my surprise, we each had only four corn nuggets. I couldn't believe we had waited ten minutes for just eight corn nuggets—definitely not a full serving. When my husband returned after ten minutes of searching for help, he was told they didn't have honey mustard or ranch because they were still waiting for supplies. This experience was quite disappointing. I would rate it a 1 out of 10.

My first time and it was horrible... I had a 3 piece cold chicken, my fries were cold, no ketchup and the cashier had an attitude. Took too long to bring fresh fries so I left with no fries and nasty chicken....

Service was good. Food was fresh and fast. Edmond was especially helpful and patient with me with my special order.
