Carrabba's The Original On Voss

This was my first visit to a Carrabba's, and I'm so glad we chose this location, the second original one. The atmosphere was pleasant, featuring some festive decorations for the holiday season. While the interior was a bit dim, they also offer outdoor seating. We started with the calamari and shrimp appetizer, then enjoyed the eggplant parmesan and Brian's Chicken, finishing off with tiramisu for dessert. Each dish was flavorful, and we really enjoyed everything we ordered. The minestrone soup that accompanied our meal was also excellent. Overall, the food was a little saltier than we prefer, but still delicious. The complimentary bread was soft and fluffy and paired nicely with our dishes. We saved the tiramisu for later, and it had a rich flavor that we loved. Our server was attentive and friendly, making for a delightful experience on this special occasion.

One of the best restaurants in town. The Carrabba family is always present and treats you like one of their own. The service is undoubtedly the finest around.

It seems like the recipes have been altered. It's been some time since I last dined here, and I was disappointed with the food. It didn't taste as fresh as it used to. However, the service and atmosphere remain excellent. The place was bustling but still felt inviting.
