Burger King - Houston

I recently went to this Burger King a couple of days ago. My experience was so pleasant that I decided to come back and post a review. I was pretty impressed for a fast food restaurant.The guy taking my order upfront was pretty awesome. He looked very young, but definitely knew what he wasdoing. He was very kind, polite and would let me know if something was taken a little longer. When I received my food, it was nice and warm, and my order was correct.The vibe was definitely pleasant and chill. The last thing you want when you’re sitting at a place to eat and relax is to hear fighting or arguing. People fussing with the crew. There were opportunities where this could have happened. But the cashier was so patient and kind. He showed much understanding, and always tried to make any mistakes right with kindness.We need more of this in the world. Positive energy and attitude.

Placed an order. They gave my order to someone else then refused to correct their error.

Everything was fine until someone ran into the back of my trunk and drove off. I was honking my horn, so there no way they didn't know they hit me. SMH.

Kid-friendliness: Easy to pick up lunch for the kids

The worker don’t listen I have to go back almost every time I had hair in my food today and they never answer the phone when you call .
