Brio Italian Grille Houston City Center

My friend and I had an early dinner here and the service and the ambience were wonderful and the food was delicious. We had an appetizer that contained red peppers. It would have been much better if the paprika were grilled and the skin removed otherwise everything was great. We will definitely return when we have a romantic evening out.

Beautiful outdoor seating places that children can walk around. The thin steactar is so thin that the beef melts as you eat it. We shared every article so everyone could eat everything.

Dinner on Saturday night at 5:30. Not busy. Saw outside on the terrace. Very pleasant. Waitress/water came reasonably fast. A bottle of wine ordered (Markup seems to be 100% of the retail to the usual 200% and a few entrees. Service was good. Food was good... nothing unusual... just like Carrabbas. Nothing to complain and not to write at home. I look forward to the Adriatic Cafe at 290 opening.

Food good, service good, price is fair, and a good selection of wines. The salmon with vegetables was really delicious. Being in the USA does not expect an Italian cozy restaurant.

We were greeted warmly at the door by two very welcoming hostesses. There was no seating available in the dining area but we were seated quickly at a booth in the bar. When I went to use the lavatory I noticed that the restaurant was not full, so I appreciate that Brio's is prioritizing service. Our server promptly came to take drink orders and warm sourdough bread was also served. We tried to order lemonade but they were out. The server recommended the Italian wedding soup, so we had that as an appetizer. It was flavorful and very delicious! We then ordered entrees the lobster and shrimp fettuccine. While it was not what I expected, it was still very delicious. Our server was also tending the bar so service was slow, but he was very kind. Overall, I would definitely return to try other dishes. The atmosphere and ambiance were incredible for our Girls' date!
