Al Reem Halal (food Truck) - Houston

My favorite dish is the spicy beef shawarma over rice! The meat is incredibly flavorful, and when you add the garlic sauce, it reaches perfection. Their burrito-style shawarma is also fantastic, and I often switch between the two depending on my mood. However, on my visit on 2/23/20, it seemed like there was a new employee. I ordered the spicy version, but it didn't come with any hot sauce, and I wasn't given a fork or anything, so I have to wait to eat my rice and food later. To top it off, he placed the napkins inside the box, so all the sauce ended up on them. Because of this experience, I'm lowering my five-star rating to four.

I really dislike writing this because we genuinely love the food. However, one of the employees completely ruined our experience. It took me 10 calls to get through, and when he finally answered, he yelled at me for interrupting him because he was busy. But when I arrived, there was no line and no other customers. As a result, the friends we were picking up food for had to wait an extra 20 minutes for us to get home because of this unprofessional employee.

I'm really disappointed with my experience at this food truck. I bought two sandwiches, which were listed as $7.00 each on the menu, but when I went to pay, the guy told me the total was $18. When I asked for a receipt, I found out he actually charged me $19.50. This has made me reluctant to buy from any Shawarma or Grill trucks in the future, as they seem greedy.

????????????????So disgusting.I order 2 shawrma sandwiches. I took the first bite and I it was a hair in it. Half of the hair in my mouth and the rest of in the sandwich. I called the food truck to tell them in a respectful way but he called me a liar andhanged up on me. The guy who prepared the sandwich wasn't wearing the head cap and has kinda long brown hair.

DO NOT EAT HERE, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I would highly recommend people to NOT to go there. Picked up a Beef Italy Shawarma for Lunch. The taste was bland and beef taste weird and there was a smell in the beef. It was like a very old beef, not fresh atall. I just ate a little and had to throw away the rest. Worst quality and worst food. I had upset stomach after eating this.
