The tea selection was fantastic! Their Thai tea was delightful and prepared a bit differently than at other tea shops, with a noticeable hint of cardamom. I also sampled a few macaroons, and both the chocolate and rose flavors were delicious. The only downside is the parking situation; it gets really busy on weekends, and finding an available parking spot can be quite a challenge, so you might have to drive around for a while.

I've been a customer since this location first opened, and their house coffee is my favorite—I get it almost every day. The staff is always very friendly. However, I feel there's a lack of honesty in their business practices. I always request "easy ice" with my drink, but it often comes either not fulfilling or filled with more than half a cup of ice (see attached photo). I understand the impact of inflation and that these practices may be a way to cut costs. However, today I received my drink with a large label that said "ICED UP." Is this because I ordered it using the rewards points I earned for a free drink? If that's the case, there should be a better system in place to reward customers.

They include a disclaimer stating they aren’t responsible for certain allergies, including nuts, but in my ten visits here, I've never encountered any issues with nut allergies. They only accept credit cards. In my opinion, this is the best boba shop on Bellaire, especially after moving here from the Bay Area. 7 Leaves has a stylish, modern interior and serves delicious, flavorful tea. My go-to order is a large oolong milk tea ($5.25) with honey boba ($0.75), less ice, and light 50% sugar. I wish they offered a 25% sweetness option, but 50% is the only customization available. Still, the result is a perfect milk tea with a distinct oolong flavor. During all my visits, the boba has consistently had the perfect texture. The service is quick, with no lines, and drinks are ready in under five minutes. Every drink my friends have ordered here has been a hit. Their Vietnamese coffee is also strong, and you can sample the house coffee if you ask.

Staff were polite and patient. The boba shop has sufficient seats for big groups.They have limited menu but sometimes less is more. Two thumbs up for the quality of their drinks.I had the Taro Milk Tea, and the Mung Bean Milk Tea. Both were so good. Sweetness level and flavor were perfect for both drinks. I could taste the mung bean, and the taro in each drink. I didn’t bother about the topping because I thought that it would spoil the real taste of the drinks.Definitely would come back here again for the drinks.

I had Vietnamese Coffee. It had a pleasant flavor to it and was smooth. No strong unpleasant aftertaste like some other Vietnamese Coffee I have had. I like that this place allows you to get samples to try the different coffees before you buy. It is something I wish more places would do.
