Update: Been here four times a month. Weekend brunch, lunch, dinner. I really like this place. Food is really good for the price. All people are nice. The bar staff is friendly. I live in Jersey Village and I still want to come back and try something else. Old review: Pleasant surprise after visiting Dak Bop earlier in the week. Friendly bearder. 25 (20 handcrafted) beers on the entrance with tap handles with the name on them. Seriously. Good food. Good beer. Nice ambience. Come back. Had the chicken tender, curry chicken and aolote pommes. Everything better than typical bar food; all fresh ... Good sit-down restaurant quality

I was shocked at the amount of food you get with basically any dish here at Cactus Cove. The portions are absolutely massive at a very affordable price, it is likely that you will have leftovers that you can eat later or that you’ll be stuffed to the brim with only one dish! The food was delicious as well. It wasn’t packed and made for a very decent dining experience. It was relaxing, yet enjoyable. I hope to return again!

Great bar, amazing brunch and food overall. Thursday Steak nights $20 bottle of wine, if you haven't tried it you're missing out. Take your partner, date, friends, everyone and enjoy. Inside or outside, it's always a great time at the Cactus Cove. Plenty of TVs for sports too!

Cactus Cove is a perfect little oasis away from the world. It’s currently Sunday and their brunch is fantastic. An entire menu of upscale Americana and Tex-Mex creations. All their cocktails are swanky and made fresh. Sit at the stainless steal bar or enjoy a picnic table outside.

Visit this place for lunch! We tried the Texas Frito Chili Pie and the Philly cheesecake, and both dishes were delicious and fresh. Our beers were ice-cold, and our food arrived quickly. The server was very friendly and attentive, offering us great assistance. There is a wide selection of beers, including some local craft favorites. Ample parking is available, and the terrace is lovely! We will definitely be returning.
