Twentynine - HOUNSLOW

Out of 7 of us, only 1 enjoyed their food. That’s quite a feat given we all largely had different things. Comments included Risotto mushy with old asparagus on top, Lasagne very blond, Thai chicken curry ok, dried chicken burger, steak and ale pie ok but with suspicious ?packet mash, pizza like card board. I don’t think I will bother going through the starters, you get my drift. Service was very poor Shame as we could be repeat customers working locally. The good bits great company and a nice table

More fresh produce would be good. The food at the moment is to a decent standard but it needs more ideas like nightly specials not frozen fish etc. Once again the chefs can only use the stock that’s is brought in by the management.

Staying at the hotel and couldnt be bothered to go walking about, I dont normally go for hotel restaurants but I have now eaten in the restaurant three times and each time have really enjoyed the food. Excellent burgers plus last meal was pan fried sea bream fillet, which was served very delicately, only comment was that it could do with being a slightly larger portion, however it was very tasty. Very friendly and helpful staff

Came here for late lunch with my partner, the atmosphere was relaxing and the food was amazing, but most of all our server Alex was spectacular! He was attentive, welcoming and friendly! It 's just a shame it was quiet, more people need to check this place out! You won 't be disappointed! We will defiantly be back to try some strong cocktails! Thanks Alex :

This was the third time in a year we've eaten here. Having tried an Italian not too far from TwentyNine which was disappointing we hit on TwentyNine by chance. Each time we've visited the food has been absolutely fine. The menu is sufficiently varied and the chef is clearly good. Of particular note was the waiter (Alex) who singlehandedly ran the bar and performed all tasks at the front of the restaurant (set places, welcoming diners, making recommendations, taking orders, bringing out food, clearing plates, taking payment). All of this was done with absolute professionalism and a smile. Not an easy task when the restaurant is full (which it as on both nights we were there this time) I'm sure! Easily the best place you'll find in Hounslow by a long way and the only place we'll eat when we're here for the rugby.
